YOLAS CONSULTANTS LTD is a Nigerian Consultancy firm which was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 1980 as a Sole-Proprietorship comprehensive Engineering Consultancy outfit operating in Nigeria. In 2013 the firm was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company (YOLAS CONSULTANTS LTD) and a Board of Directors and employee ownership structure was established. The firm is also registered with the following Professional Bodies


1. The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) 

2. Association Of Consulting Engineers Of Nigeria (ACEN) 

3. Council For The Regulation Of Engineering In Nigeria (COREN) 

4. Group of African Member Association (GAMA)
